A Court-Ordered Driver Improvement Course Is Not Automatically RADEP
Virginia has different forms of traffic-safety education. If the court specifically orders Driver Improvement, do not automatically substitute another program simply because your underlying traffic case involved reckless driving. Likewise, if specialized reckless/aggressive driving education is required, a general Driver Improvement course alone may not represent the complete instruction.

8-Hour Driver Improvement Course?
